Layering is such a fun part of the spring season, and this black vest is a fun, super soft way to add layers to your everyday look.  The vest has a sipper closure, and two functional pockets.   There is also a fun adjustable bungee cord hidden at the bottom that allows you to create a bloused look at the bottom of the vest.
